Working for retirement or working so we are free up for choices. most of us are exchanging time for money. so we are using money to exchange back for time.

I think nowadays it’s both. We aim to retire comfortably, but many still keep working either because financially not quite enough or simply to stay active and purposeful.

I think for most people, they are really working because retirement isn't enough. Only a small pool of people have the benefit of working for retirement.
