Are there other options to buy gold using iOCBC other than O87.Si which has low trading vol?

Dont mind getting gold from other exchange, please provide counter. T.I.A.

The same spdr gold shares is traded in US (ticker GLD). and there is the ishares gold trust (ticker IAU). but you will need US brokerage.

by low trading vol, do you mean low liquidity? not to be too worried. SGX has a market maker. As long as you transact at bid/ask price and <$50k, it should be filled.
