Hey there,
I don't personally use Robos, but as far as I know, dividends from SG REITs aren't taxable. I believe that in the case of Syfe REIT+ that invests in SG REITs, they don't tax dividends either, so it does seem a bit strange that OCBC would tax dividends.
The only reason I can think of for dividends to be taxed is if the dividends were received from overseas investments. In that case, there may be withholding tax on the dividends that are paid out. But if it was mentioned specifically that it's SG REITs, then I'm not too sure. You may want to give them a call to find out more about this.
