Are ETFs included as part of the Endowus portfolio?

We dont include ETFs, but we in general we want to invest in low cost, diversified funds.

This is the reason why we brought in the Lionglobal SP 500 funds in our CPF portfolio, which is an indexed unit trust, that is lower cost and passive in nature.
