Are dividend payouts on Tiger Brokers be automatically deposited into your cash balance?
Statement indicates it, but not sure if its reflected in cash account

Yes, they are reflected in your cash balance and you can click on the stock p&l and there will be a option to see "dividend history".

Yes automatically goes into cash balance. You can check it when you click on that stock under Stock Pnl - Dividend History.
