Are banks sending "margin calls" to property investors already?

Are property investors for the normal retail investor tough now? Especially for those that takes courses from I Quadrant and other similar courses where they advocate high leverage.
Have banks started tightening up their exposure and balance sheets now with the virus, oil crisis, stock market crash and turmoil.

From what the newspapers are showing, government are providing liquidity to the banks to ensure banks are well capitalised and won‘t ask property owners for more capital.

no unusual margin calls as of now
