Anyone using the AMEX True Cashback card? Am thinking of using it in conjunction with the Grabpay Mastercard. Anyone does this? Would like to hear your experiences & tips for fuss-free credit cards?

Pretty straightforward card for 1.5% on all eligible expenses (check term and conditions). Additionally, there are other perks, e.g. promotional discount for up to 21% off petrol at SPC. If you have usage for it, then apply since there are no complicated terms associated with the cashback.

Hi Anon,
I don't personally use it (because I'm not eligible for it as a student), but I can say that that's an easy and fuss-free way to earn up to 2.3% cashback (1.5% AMEX + 0.8% Grab for Platinum) on daily expenses. This trick will also allow you to earn cashback on things like insurance payments that you would normally not be able to earn if you pay with your GrabPay card after topping up with your AMEX True Cashback card - so it seems like a handy card to have!
If you're interested in applying for the AMEX True Cashback, don't forget to look out for sign-up bonuses. SingSaver had an extremely attractive offer recently, you may want to keep an eye out for that!
Hope this helps!
