-do you often experienced partial filled in SCB?
-if partial filled, will charge according to filled and the rest will be cancelled at the end of day?
-if filled twice in one order, is considered one commission fee? ie, 5000 shares, but filled 3000 now and 2000 later, only charge once?
-does SCB charged extra for GTD order? ie submit GTD order for 5000 shares, but filled over few days, do i get charged only once or?

Yes, it's completely normal. Think of it as demand and supply. example if you want to buy 100 stocks at $1, at that given time there's only 50 shares available at your desired price ($1). So 50 will be executed first. Assume the stock would now likely rise up to $1.10 (hence partially filled). And you will have to wait for it to come back to $1 before the other 50 gets filled. Makes sense?
