I have booked tickets from 2 regional national carriers. One was having some bankruptcy/biz re-org, another had a Request Hub/Portal to apply for refunds. Basically, I had no replies for months and about a year by now.
What can I do as an everyday consumer to get my money back from foreign national carriers (not SIA)?
Tried to submit an Online Complaint from CASE but there's an unexplained error that prevents me from submitting it. Does complaining to CASE even have any hope in effecting the desired outcome (simply to get money back) from big foreign corporations the likes of regional national carriers?

My family went for an Europe trip in Mar last year when Covid situation started to worsen in Europe. We had to cut short our travel plan, making many flight/train/hotel changes, some additional bookings, some no-refund cancellations.
We started to go thru each refundable booking and managed to claim refund for some cancelled flights and train ride. There were other non-refundable expenses and additional expenses for flights, train rides and accommodation that we managed to claim from travel insurance.
We were lucky that those foreign airlines and train/hotel operators processed and acceded to our refund requests. Insurance company tried to reject our claims initially, but we managed to provide enough evidence and supporting documents to substantiate the validity of our claims in accordance to the policy's terms & conditions.
The whole saga was a long-drawn-out process. The last refund was only received early this year. Looking back, it is clear that we need a great deal of patience and persistence to go thru the ordeal.
I don't know if complaining to CASE is going to help getting to the regional national carriers. Perhaps you can call them up and talk to someone there for advice.
