Anyone knows if Singapore UOB debit card can be used in FTX or Coinbase?

My DBS debit card keeps getting rejected; bank says transaction not allowed as it's considered "quasi-currency" purchase.

Where you meet a seller of USDT and you pass them your SGD.

But slight risk of meeting a scammer.
