Anyone here uses Multi-Currency Revolving Term Loan as a form of investment financing?

What would be the pros and cons for this method? should i consider it? anyone has had experience with it before?

How did you get your hands on that? I always get given a hard time about being too fancy and this is just something that I would think about playing around with

I suppose it boils down to if you believe you it worthwhile to take on the currency risk. You can get attractive financing for some of the low interest currencies (CHF, EUR, JPY come to mind...)
