Has anyone here upgraded from a Class 3A License to a Class 3 License? Hoping to get some insights whether is it a wise choice for the upgrade. It's more of "What if" I need to drive manual next time.?

Isn't it irony that some Class 3 license holders recommend future learners to go for Class 3A but they themselves got Class 3? On a side note, would a Class 3 or Class 3A license be better in long run?
