I have started exercising than resting at home drinking a bottle of beer infront of TV or computer screen. On weekends, i wake up as usual just to visit the wet market to feel the vibe of what life is that i have been lacking to experience while trying to plan activities to do in the afternoon on weekends; visiting a far shopping mall, go to a park etc, just to walk and see things i missed out.

Taking more supplement pills.

As for planning for retirement, trying to force myself to learn some handicrafts or cooking/baking as these activities take time and concentration so it would help if you start learning now so when the time comes, you have things to occupy the free-time.
