Hello!
Personally I have $100/monthly into the 100% REITS. Previously, I had $50 into 100% REITs and $50 into Balanced portfolio but since I saw that 100% REITs had more returns, I just contributed fully into that instead(: But of course be ware of your own risk appetite! For global diversify wise, I use Stashaway for $100/month as well.
I should be keeping it to a long horizon of 15-20years / until I need the money since I am really fond of passive investing and I have always wanted to do investing with REITs but have been lazy to follow every stock closely.
All the best and invest safe!

I have Equity100 and REIT+ with a total of 1k SGD invested in each. I started my Equity100 after my REIT+ I have $1000 going to Equity100 and $200 to REIT+ every month for the next few months until I ORD and stop getting any allowance. Im clearing out my savings to invest as I won’t be needing those funds urgently. My University is funded. Leaning towards Equities since younger should go for capital appreciation. Dividend investing like REITs need huge capital to get decent dividends which I don’t have so might even consider pulling out. I received about only $5 dividends for one quarter. I plan to keep the money there until I retire.
Update:
I'm going to change up my numbers. My main consideration is that if I can dollar cost average into University years when I do not have an income, I can have more peace of my mind as I'll be buying into any dips. Previously I was rushing to get invested but that's not what dollar cost averaging is about. As a result, I'm lowering my total monthly investment. $100 REIT+ $400 Equity 100 Sidenote: just saw the IG story bout this question and realised my earlier response was illustrated in the infographic. lmao didn't think the editors will read until haha
