(Un)Fortunately, I have been in the same job for almost a decade now. For the most part, I like what I do so much that work does not seem like work to me. Hence, time passes quickly and I enjoy the career satisfaction whenever I'm able to give responsible financial advice to help someone make the right financial decision.
On the other hand, things become a routine after a while and I don't get a breakthrough anymore. As a result, boredom kicks in and I needed a way to "feel alive" again. Since I cannot simply live my job and abandon over 300 clients in 11 countries, I challenged myself in a different way.
In 2019, I launched my online platform - Facebook Page and Blog where I strive to share quality content on financial planning and estate planning in Singapore. This kept me busy to keep up with the momentum while I manage my full-time career.
So that is the pros - enjoyable work and cons - becoming stagnant.
Here is everything about me and what I do best.
