Any suggestions on how I can optimise and have 1 million SGD in my CPF?

Would like to fast-track my progress and have more money in the future, and a good start could be CPF.

i have been trying to wrap my head around getting that 1 million in CPF. Its easy to say it can be done. But what if... You belong to low income? Disposable income only $200.00?

Why not put 1 million into CPF SA to earn 4% safely?

I want a plan that can guarantee 3kSGD payout per month. Should I buy 1 plan from 1 Insurance provider or buy a few plans from various providers ( 1500 SGD payout from 2 companies or 1000 SGD payout from 3 companies ) to diversify any risk ?

Couple 47 this year, just fully paid our private property (worth ~SGD 2.0M) and years ago, HDB (~SGD 0.5M). Hit our CPF > FRS and cash savings about SGD 0.5M. What should we invest on? no decoupling.
