Any recommended dividend stocks in Singapore for retirement?

Thinking to start shifting the gear towards dividend investing in Singapore as am getting closer to my retirement age in 11 years or so. I am currently looking at U10, BUOU and BN4, but am open to ETF too. Any thoughts? Any other suggestion for dividend investing e.g. UT? Thank you in advanced.

I will usually pick banks & Reits with strong sponsor.

Bank becoz well-protect by sg govt. Probability of bankrupt is low. Now banks is expensive just base on the dividend payout. Maybe OCBC can still consider? The the other 2 need to wait for market crash.

Reits with strong sponsor will usually merge the weaker reits.

I wont pick small cap sg company even if good fundamental. Becoz often they like to delist and privatize.

Some of the higher dividend payout reits

AU8U, OXMU, HMN, CMOU, RW0U, T82U, SK6U...

Base on your holdings you are more cashflow orientated?
