Our SG govt bond index ETF the ABF Singapore Bond Index Fund can give you that exposure.
But i'd suggest a global mandate instead and would lean towards Dimensional Global Short Fixed Income Fund giving you A and up global bond exposure.
Also, because it's an active fund over a passive fund for bonds, it's a better investment.
TER is also only at 0.29%.
