I second Jonathan's recommendation. I attended the dividend machine course and found it to be informative and helpful. Would recommend any beginners to go for it.

If you are looking at reits, can consider dividend machines. It's a one time course fee of a few hundred dollars and you get lifetime access to online materials plus their live workshop. For the price and material it's quite ok and information presented is good.
