As a young adult (25), I feel like my day-to-day life is a blur. Time rushes by and I often feel like the days go too fast. I find my life just passing by me, all I remember is work. What can I do?

Sometimes it feels like life has gone back to normal, other times I get reminded that COVID-19 is still here. How has life changed for you now compared to three months ago? Is life normal for you?
