Any chance of getting a waiver on the annual fee for Citibank Prestige card given current Covid situation? I understand you can't waive it under normal circumstances. Anyone managed to get a waiver?

To echo EC, nope. Citi is telling customers that it's the same offer as before- pay $535 annual fee and get 25,000 miles, or don't pay and cancel the card. It's surprisng to me they're not making a bigger effort to retain their key customers in a time like this, but that's their decision to make I guess.

Citibank Prestige are (in)famous that AF can’t be waived, non-negotiable. I renewed mine in January, pre-COVID and requested the fee to be waived and got declined. From their response doesn’t look like they’re even interested in retaining clients (I have no other products besides Citi Prestige with them).
