Any cards left that give miles for insurance payments without using cardup?

I know most exclude them; just asking on the off chance there are some which don't. Do let me know!!

Use Amex Krisflyer Card to top up your GrabPay MasterCard (limit to $200 per month, earning 3.1 miles per dollar)
Then use ur GPMC to pay your premiums via AXS app. UPDATE: thanks bjorn for reminding me that GPMC is now blocked on AXS

As shared in https://community.whatcard.sg/t/axs-has-for-now..., you could consider "paying your AXS bills using your Grabpay Mastercard under “Credit Cards” option of the AXS app."

So you may top up your Grabpay wallet using AMEX Krisflyer (seems to be one of the rare few confirmed ones to earn miles), then paying your bills with the Grabpay Mastercard that's linked to your Grabpay wallet.

It seems Amex krisflyer and maybank horizon are the only ones? You are better off trying for cashbac...
