An ex team colleague added me on facebook but did not invite me for outings with other ex colleagues.Should I be worried that this person is a stalker who just want to know what's going on in my life?

Saw a photo of an outing of him/her with my ex colleagues but I was not invited. Looks like I was not regarded as a 'friend' and was added on facebook for him/her to get updates about my life. Should I remove him/her as friend on facebook?

Can ask the person how are the rest - maybe it was assumed you are not interested in such gatherings so didn't invite you

It is up to you. No right or wrong. If you don't want to keep in touch with this person, then just remove him or her from your friend list.
