Am thinking of opening an account with AutoWealth.?

Would they have the option for me to open multiple portfolios for different goals? If they do, can I assume that the fees are a consolidation of all portfolios under my account? (So I don't end up paying the 18USD twice...)
What about the minimum of $3k? Would I have to have that minimum for each separate portfolio that I open?

Yes, you can open multiple portfolios with different goals. The frees are consolidated, the last time I asked
