Am looking at the Cromwell REITs, Maple Tree NAC REIT & Sasseur REITs- what do you think of them?

Wanted to know the background of the Management of Cromwell and Sasseur REITs? what is the downside? The sponsor of the REITs track record? Euro is low and yield looks good!
