I'm looking to invest in Cromwell European REIT. I saw that they had two counters, SGD and EUR. Which should I choose?

Hello! I would recommend buying with EUR because Cromwell in SGD lacks liquidity. Additionally, to finance your purchase of Cromwell EURO through leverage, the borrowing rates are as low as 0.6% p.a.
