Hi, I would to check if anyone knows if I am able to get back my money if I transfer to a scammer?

I have reported to police and the bank on the incident. The bank says that it will take 9 working days to reply me. I got scammed by a Crypto dealer. I transfer him $ through p2p and he delete his account away. What can I do? The money is about $50K 😭
