I think this is an extremely interesting concept being raised, but I fear the repercussions - with a new form of security being created, we may see banks try to package this and sell this as a form of "salary-backed security". With the previous mortgage backed securities causing the core of the 2008 recession. Would love to hear the community's thoughts on this!

One of the issues back then was banks offering high-risk loans to homebuyers who were unlikely to repay them. Coupled with overly optimistic ratings and underestimating the risk, the thing just snowballed into a crisis...
Probably more due to government policy gaps than the loan product itself.
The secondary loan market is very different from the primary loan market. So this is only my opinion!
