A little bit confused about Gemini fees. What is Gemini’s order fee and withdrawal fee?

The fees page is a bit confusing to me. Appreciate your help.

Trading commissions on Gemini are 1.49% (on Basic) and 0.35% (on ActiveTrader).

Withdrawals are free for fiat money and free for crypto for the first 10 withdrawals per calander month. Once you've passed the first 10 withdrawals for the month, there will be fees charged as per the transfer fee schedule, which is deducted from in the crypocurrency that is being transferred.
