I have selected an SBF at Kebun Baru Edge. The unit is truly a spectacular one. It's on the highest floor, Lvl 29, right at the corner. I got lucky when selecting this flat due to the ethnicity integration policy(minority/others). SO now im stuck with this dilemma.
Having to own this flat, would be a big plus as the unit looks like a great spot. However it is very expensive in comparison to the units in the area. I am also keen to move after 5 years MOP so that I can relocate nearer to my parents. However, I am worried that no one that meets the EIP would be willing to purchase a home over 1 million at AMK.
TLDR:
