Contractor only if you can coordinate everything yourself.

tip is only do what is needed, the rest don't do first, you can always add in later as you will know what u want or life after staying in the home.

I'm currently staying in a 4-room BTO and am thinking of upgrading to a 5-room resale due to space constraints. I've only learnt about "lease decay" recently. Do people usually "earn" when they buy a 5-room resale and sell their 4-room BTO?

How much would be a reasonable sum to spend for a 4 room BTO? I am wondering what is the range that people spend for a 4 room BTO without any opt ins from HDB. With lets say only built ins for the kitchen.

What is your thoughts on selling off first-timer 4-room BTO (in a not so good location) and purchase a second-timer 4-room BTO (in a better location)?

I am currently waiting for my 3 room BTO flat which will be ready on 1st quarter of 2021. Am I allowed to change or switch to a 4 room BTO flat instead? What is the process like?

Should i choose a (BTO) 3 room prime location or a 4 room non prime location, or a 5 room non mature estate not near to MRT, all these 3 categories are almost the same price!!
