There always anecodates of people w/o degree that make it but iw ould think small prorportion and they have amazing people skills. if uaverage then go average progression route by taking degree

Try to speak to ur current boss etc or source out ads on job portals. do they need degree? etc

I feel that you are still young and therefore it will be good to take a degree. Having a degree will not only allow you to progress further in your career, but also open doors to new opportunities as well.

If you think that the degree can give you a chance of increasing income, then I would say go for it!
