Currently, a bulk of my savings is invested into ETFs (CSPX and VWRA) and some in CPF as well. I understand that Index Funds are suited for long term investing, but for purchase of property, should I allocate more towards slightly less risk assets e.g SSB, CPF top ups etc? My emergency funds have been set aside and most of my income goes into investing/CPF top ups monthly
Would like to hear from the community on how they allocate their funds for housing needs and where they invest this funds
