Sapphire Enhanced Plan 1
[Customer Service] I was hospitalised for 12 days due to pnuemonia and write in to claim. But below statement really question why I bother to get insured with AIG. "In addition, under Part C-1 - General Exclusions (n) of the policy, it is stated that we will not pay nor be liable for any injury sustained by the Insured Person resulting from any kind of disease, illness, virus, bacterial or any other kind of infection howsoever caused"0

Claims is extremely slow and extremely painful process to claim. I will never buy any AIG Insurance policy ever.0
