  [Claims Process] Slow claim process and requires many documents. I understand the standard bill+memo+MC documents are required for the claim application. But aia went to the extend to ask you to fill up questionnaires on your medical condition and also mail hardcopy to my employer to check on my medical condition. Not sure if the company is trying to not pay or trying to delay payout? Or the company doesn't trust the Singapore doctor's diagnosis? I can fill up my end of the questionnaire. It is okay. But sending another set of questionnaires to my employer is not acceptable. Everyone starts to ask how is my illness and they will start to reduce my workload and thus affects my work kpi.
