Great Eastern DIRECT – GREAT Term Life Insurance
Approach great eastern with intent to purchase GREAT Term plan. Took much trouble to find and submit numerous heath reports of over 10 years period since feb, which mainly point to no critical Health conditions. mostly checkups. Underwriters took almost a year to vet my health document requesting for even decade older hosp reports. Nov I request for policy to see if any exclusions made so far, the agent said the underwriters need more reports. What.. Future reports?? Damn confusing. What worse is, I next receive email terminating my submission without explanation. Except with a fake statement "regret that you decide to cancel policy..". Since when did I explicitly said it.. Really lousy customer service. Perhaps I be lucky not to sign up this company. who know if I really have health issues in future, can I really claim even. Waste of my time. Damn.0
