Classic

• Loss of rent: $85,000
• Contents: $20,000
• Worldwide Personal Effects: $2,000
• Bill Relief Protector: Up to $3000
• Alternative Accommodation: Up to 10% of the sum insured for the building, 20% of the sum insured for contents, or $20,000, whichever is lowest.
• Worldwide Personal Liability: $1,000,000

Superior

• Loss of rent: $135,000
• Contents: $35,000
• Worldwide Personal Effects: $2,000
• Bill Relief Protector: Up to $3000
• Alternative Accommodation: Up to 10% of the sum insured for the building, 20% of the sum insured for contents, or $20,000, whichever is lowest.
• Worldwide Personal Liability: $1,000,000

Premier

• Loss of rent: $225,000
• Contents: $50,000
• Worldwide Personal Effects: $2,000
• Bill Relief Protector: Up to $3000
• Alternative Accommodation: Up to 10% of the sum insured for the building, 20% of the sum insured for contents, or $20,000, whichever is lowest.
• Worldwide Personal Liability: $1,000,000

Optional Coverage

• Bicycle Cover: $1,000
• Tenant’s Liability: $100,000
• Worldwide Identity Fraud: $20,000
• Multi-Appliances Extended Warranty: Kitchen and Home Products: $2,000
