Hi there, your link seems broken but I would think that if you are interested in a basket of REITs ETFs there are other 3 other common ones to also consider as well.

Understand that you work at MUST and therefore focus on US REITs. Assuming I'm able to withstand high risk and have enough capital, why would you recommend investing in US REITs over Singapore REITs?

Would you recommend REITs over other kinds of investment instruments? If so, what are the reasons that REITs are "better" than the other investment instruments?
