Workplace discrimination or harassment complaints in Singapore increased by 42 per cent from last year. Is workplace discrimination prominent in Singapore?

Apparently one in 10 complaints was related to age discrimination, and one in 13 complaints was related to gender discrimination.

Sorry noob here. I’ve been reading online and researching SDPR STI. They state the average returns per year is at 7% but by looking at the STI chart the price doesn’t seem to increase since inception?

While GST rate will remain at 7% next year, the rate increase cannot be deferred indefinitely as the revenues are needed to support Singapore's spending needs to secure its long-term future. Why so?

Why are private home prices in Singapore higher in 2020 despite the COVID-19 pandemic? I would imagine that during a period like last year, the prices for private homes would have dropped?
