5 years is a really long time to wait but it allows me to save lesser each month towards the same budget for the house. I guess I would only consider bto if the age of the female partner is 25 or less. Anything above, I may hunt for SBF but most likely resale.

My friends and I are 30(+/-). Those intended to get flat mostly have decided against bto and sourcing for resale. Those already waiting for bto, which got delayed, are reconsidering decision in having a baby.
