Will OUE Commercial REIT set aside more distributable income for rental relief packages to tenants for 2H FY2020?

As shared by OUE Commercial REIT during the live session, OUE Commercial REIT has provided S$13.8 million in rental relief package to their tenants for 1H FY2020. Moving forward into 2H FY2020, the REIT may still have to provide some form of rental support.

Over the last couple of months, OUE Commercial REIT has seen some tenants recovered while some tenants are still in the process of recovering. Therefore, the support will be a targeted measure towards a specific group of tenants who are still in a very challenging position.
