This is dependent on the capacity in which you engage the sport.

A standard Personal Accident plan typically does not cover injuries sustained from sports that are played in a competitive capacity and extreme sports such as cliff jumping or big waves surfing. However, if it is played as a past time or leisure, they can be covered under the Personal Accident Plan.
