Why is the contract non-standard?
If we choose Fixed rate for 2 years, with non standard contract,does that mean the company can change the rate or include miscellaneous charges as and when they deem fit?

There's a table which describes standard vs non-standard plan in the fact sheet. And yes based on the wording it seems they can change within the contract duration. But if they do it'll take a fair bit of PR effort to smooth over. So its up to you on how comfortable you are with uncertainty.
