Why do the numbers on financial reports change when used in comparisons?

Why is it that the figures on a financial report for FY18 in 2018 differs with the next year's annual report when using the 2018's (previous year) data as comparison. Example: Kodah Ltd.

long term debt maturing become short term debt.

receiveables written off.

best would be look at the footnotes or the explanations to financial statements.

or email the investors relations.

if the IR do not bother to answer, i would skip investing in the company altogether.
