Which savings acct should I open?

I already have the uob one, and am looking for another acct that does not require salary crediting. Any suggestions?

If you are 26 and below you can consider SCB Jumpstart.

If not you can consider:

OCBC 360 (but you will need to spend at least $500 on ocbc cards to make it worth)
CIMB Fastsaver - fuss free account but the interest rate is lower

Assuming that you meet the criteria, then you may wish to consider DBS Multiplier. Thereafter, transfer your salary to DBS and use UOB with 3 GIRO instead.

This way, you get higher yield from both accounts.

Currently I have a POSB eSavings account and MySavings account and I intend to have a higher interest earned for thr savings account. Do I open the DBS multiplier acct? If I do, do I close one acct?

For saving plans, do you prefer high flexibility with lower returns (Eg. saving accts, SSB, flexible insurance savings plans) or no flexibility with higher returns (Eg. fixed deposits, endowments) ?

Is the POSB Save As You Serve account worth opening for NSFs? Or could I be better off using a different savings account for savings while serving?
