Saxo! Or IB if you have high capital to invest. I personally use Saxo and FSMone for foreign stocks. (Whichever has lower comission)

I think FSM so far appeals most to me. As a current user, most US stocks are available at USD 10 (applicable at both buying and selling points)

FSM also offers RSPs where US stocks like S&P 500 are offered for a fee of only USD 1 and selling fee of USD 8.80.
