Which other country outside SG will be good for REIT investments?

SG has preferential tax treatment for REITs but there are some countries that has withholding tax so it dilutes the dividends. But are there any country with preferential tax treatments too for us in SG to invest?

Hong Kong reits

1) no withholding tax for dividends and capital gains
2) exposure to Hong Kong & Greater China assets (if it suit your investment appetite)
3) HK stocks trade around the same time as Sg stocks, no need to monitor overnight to execute trades
4) Property & rental income in HK always managed to rebound post recession
