Which online brokerage is cheapest to buy China-A shares? How do we access HK / China stock exchange in Singapore?

Personally looking at Tiger Brokers, can anyone advise if it works?

Personally, FSMone has been rather low on cost for me and it charges 50HKD per transaction (buy/sell).

You can excess China market through HKexchange commonly or ETFs offered in NYC/Nasdaq featuring China companies.
