I have recently just graduated from University and have been offered an FT position prior to my internship with the company. However, I don't really have much interest in that field and likely won't be staying for more than 2 years. I have also been applying for traineeships that are unrelated to my degree field.
I have been thinking if accepting the traineeship over the FT position is worth, as traineeship doesn't confirm a position in the company after 1 year of training.
Thanks.

FT position. Once things settle, you can then swap over easier.

Post graduation is the perfect time to experiment IMO.
You can take the FT offer in the mean time if you need to make ends meet ASAP but bare in mind that settling is a major issue for a lot of people/ You may find it to be just comfortable enough to stop you from exploring new areas that you may actually be more interested in.
