Hey there. I think the best mpd one you can use now is AMEX KF card. 3.1 mpd, but cap @ $200/month only.
I thought OCBC 90N can, but apparently nope..

Can anyone confirm that GrabPay top up using Citi Rewards can indeed earn 10x points? Cos I've read here at https://milelion.com/2019/03/28/citibank-dramat... that Citi Rewards card do not offer 10x.

I think is citi premiermiles visa card. With a dollar spend locally, you can get 1.5 miles.
I think now there are promo where once signed up you can get 40k miles on the spot. What a good deal!
